The task 'Reset a password' is not available in the Directory and Resource Administrator Web Console even though the Assistant Admin has the 'Built in Password' role.

cause
This issue can occur if the Assistant Admin does not have the delegated power, Web Console - Reset Password.

fix

If the Assistant Admin is going to change user account passwords via the DRA Web Console, they need to be delegated the Web Console - Reset Password power.   This power is located under Web Console | User Task within the Select Powers dialog box.

The Built-in Web - Password role includes all the powers of the Built-in Password role plus the power Web Console - Reset Password.
