No, they are not.  Column width in the MMC is determined by a percentage of the viewable area based on the video resolution of the workstation or server.  This percentage is coded into the script files used to populate the different list views in the MMC.  These scripts are not changed or updated when saving an MMC screen configuration.

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0 and later.
