Domain Migration Administrator requires the source domain to be available when removing SID History from target accounts and groups.



note

If there is no way to bring back the source domain, the Microsoft VBScript could be used to remove SID History.  The VBScript can be found in MS KB article Q2957858 - 'HOWTO: Use Visual Basic Script to Clear SIDHistory'.
