Domain Migration Administrator 7.1
A user account is displayed in the 'User Manager' but not in the 'Select Objects' wizard.
There are two possible reasons this may occur:
- There is more than one domain controller in the source domain, and changes have been made to one Domain Controller that have not been synchronized to the other Domain Controllers.
- Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) settings are set to 'View by OU'.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following:
- Make sure the source DC's have been synchronized recently.
- Change the DMA Settings from View by OU to View flat structure.
