Exchange2000_ProtocolIVStatus Knowledge Script always returns a severity 10 upon error. Severity settings are ignored.

    1. STOP then CLOSE all the jobs running on the agent affected with this problem. (If the closed jobs disappear it is because the "View" setting for CLOSED jobs is not checked so they are not viewable.)

    2. Cold-start the netiqmc (Client Resource Monitor) service on the agent. (see NetIQKB86 for more information)

    3. Run a new Discovery_Exchange Knowledge Script against this agent server.

    4. Restart all the jobs that were stopped AND also drop a new Exchange2000_ProtocolIVStatus Knowledge Script. You will now have two Exchange2000_ProtocolIVStatus jobs. Delete the original and keep the new job.
