symptom
Unable to access websites that are secured by cookies.
cause
The target account is a different account and the cookies hold reference to the source account. DMA will translate Dacls for files and folders but the cookie account information may be referred to the account through stored text information rather than DACLs.
fix
You will have to revisit the websites in question to create new cookies for the new target user account.
