Resolution
fact
Directory and Resource Administrator 6.x
symptom
A newly created user account appears in the MMC but not in the CLI.
cause
This issue occurs when the CLI and the MMC client interfaces connect to different Directory and Resource Administrator servers. When the interfaces connect to different DRA servers and a new user account is created using one of the clients, the client connected to the other DRA server will not be aware of, nor will it be able to manage, the new user account until the next Incremental Accounts Cache Refresh runs.

cause

When the interfaces connect to different DRA servers and a new user account is created using one of the clients, the client connected to the other DRA server will not be aware of, nor will it be able to manage, the new user account until the next Incremental Accounts Cache Refresh runs.
fix
There are two ways to correct this situation:
- Redirect the client that does not display the new account to the same DRA server the other interface is connected to.
- Perform an Incremental Accounts Cache Refresh on the second DRA server.
