Resolution

Does Directory and Resource Administrator replicate the script files to all DRA servers?

fix

No.  Currently the policy and trigger settings are replicated but the actual script files are not replicated and must be manually copied to each DRA server.

Automatic replication can be simulated via a batch file that uses the NT Scheduler to copy the script files from the primary DRA server to the secondary DRA servers. This batch file can be set to run on a regular basis to ensure consistency of the scripts across all DRA servers.  Essentially, the batch file would copy the folder that contains the policy and automation scripts from the Primary DRA server to the secondary DRA servers.
