The 'User' and 'Group' properties page(s) do not populate after upgrading to Directory and Resource Administrator 6.5
cause
This issue is due to the upgrade not properly handling files being held open during the upgrade process.
fix
The above issue can be resolved by performing the following:
- Download DRA 6.5, build 110H, which addresses this upgrade issue.
- Stop the IIS Admin Service prior to starting the upgrade.
- Disconnect all connected users to the DRA server prior to starting the upgrade.
- Reinstall a second time making sure to reinstall the web component.
