ActiveView rules are dynamic with regard to OUs getting renamed. ActiveView rules to include OUs are associated with the GUID and not with the name, thus if an OU is renamed, the ActiveView rule that is based on that OU will change to reflect the new name. The ActiveView definition in this case remains unaffected.

If the ActiveView rule is configured to include OUs by specifying a wildcard and the renamed OU does not match the wildcard then the OU will no longer be included in the ActiveView.
