It is recommended that you set the replication schedule on the ADC connection agreements to Never during the migration process with Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) and Exchange Migrator (EM). This will remove the possibility of unknown conflicts if DMA and ADC are trying to write to the same account at the same time. The repercussions of enabling the connection for a certain user account must also be evaluated before enabling the replication schedule again. In either case, it is possible that ADC will create an account with a -1 appended to the end if the object matching rules are not correctly configured.
