Launching Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Reporting generates an error that a printer needs to be installed.

cause
This error is caused when the computer where DRA reporting is being launched does not have a default printer defined.

fix

Install a printer on the computer where DRA reporting is being launched and make it the default printer.

NOTE:  This printer does not need to physically exist.
