NetIQ has tested migrating multiple source shares by selecting up to 10 source shares at a time. We believe that you would be able to select 100 source shares with no problem, but we have not tested this. Our suggestion would be to either run a 100 source share test prior to migrating in the production environment, or to migrate by selecting 10 shares at a time.
