symptom
The 'ActiveView' management and 'Configuration' nodes in the Directory and Resource Administrator MMC interface are not available.
cause
The account running the Directory and Resource Administrator MMC have not been delegated the necessary powers to view the 'ActiveView management' and 'Configuration'nodes.
fix
In order to be able to view the 'ActiveView management' and 'Configuration' nodes launch the Directory and Resource Administrator MMC interface logged in as a Built-in Admin or an Assistant Admin with the Built-in Configuration role.
