This issue has been resolved in Exchange Migrator 2.2 Hotfix 5752 and later. Please refer to the release notes for Hotfix 5752 for further information located at the following link:

If you still have the problem with EM 2.2 HF 5752 or later, you can use the following as a workaround:

If you have previously updated mailbox profiles, you may solve the problem by a manual 'Remove' and re 'Add' of the Outlook Address Book from the MAPI profile.

To do this:

  1. Click Tools | Services and remove the Outlook Address Book service from the profile.  
  2. Re-add the Outlook Address Book service.
  3. Click File | Exit and Log off.
