Vivinet Assessor 3.x

Situation

Unable to enter the purchased license key in Vivinet Assessor because the Registration button is grayed out
Registration button grayed out

Resolution

To register Vivinet Assessor console from Evaluation Mode close the application and the perfrom the following steps:

  1. Launch Microsoft Windows Explorer
  2. Navigate to the installation directory, which is typically: <drive>:\program files\NetIQ\Chariot VoIP Assessor\.
  3. Locate voipa.lic and voipa.txt.
  4. Move these files to another location on the hard drive.
  5. Re-launch the Vivinet Assessor console and go to Options | Registration
  6. You should see that the product is in Evaluation Mode, but the Registration button is now clickable.
