Are there any problems with Exchange Migrator migrating to or from a server that is being backed up?

symptom
Errors appear in the EMApplog.txt that not all mail can be migrated.
cause
If some messages are being backed up at the same time Exchange Migrator is trying to migrate them, then you may receive some errors in the EMApplog.txt file stating some messages cannot be copied.
fix
If you see some of these errors, simply run "Synchronize and Update Migrated Mailboxes" to bring over mail that could not be migrated the first time.
