You will only be able to see the calendars of the mailboxes that are on the same side.  In other words, the mailboxes that have been migrated to the Target will be able to see the rest of the mailboxes on the Target. The same is true for the Source side as well.  Mailboxes that have been migrated to the Source will be able to see the rest of the mailboxes on the Source. The reason for this is because you are dealing with two different directories,  Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 cannot see each other without using additional tools.
