In Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.x versions, the Command Line Interface (CLI) does not support OUs.  The CLI does not recognize OU's, except during user creation.  Other than user creation, the CLI cannot enumerate objects in an OU. 

The Directory and Resource Administrator ADSI provider does support OUs and can be used instead of the CLI.  For more information on the Directory and Resource Administrator ADSI provider please refer to the Software Development Kit.

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0 and later.  Beginning with DRA 7.0, the CLI can enumerate User and Group objects in OU's.
