Error: 'W10471: The Program Files directory name on \\servername is in an unrecognized format '\ADMIN$. The dispatcher may not be able to install an agent to \\servername.'

Error: 'E20446: \\RPC4497, Failed to start job RPC44971497892796: (rc=1722) The RPC server is unavailable.'

The description for Event ID ( 7201 ) in Source ( EADCTAgent ) could not be found.

It contains the following insertion string(s):

cause
The DLL necessary to create the appropriate COM object for the agent is unavailable. This could be a result of the path not being available, or the appropriate version of a necessary Windows dll could not be found.

fix

To resolve this issue please refer to the following:

1. Verify that the ADMIN$ share exists on the computer where you are translating security.
   
2. Verify that this share is on the Windows NT Operating System. 
   
3. Verify that you have applied Service Pack 5 to Windows NT 3.51.
