symptom

Server Consolidator does not migrate all the selected source files unless the target drive has over 100 MB free space.

symptom
DCTLog.txt file has event E20178: Space avail < 100000KB

fix

Server Consolidator has a built in check for free space on the target drive.  Server Consolidator will stop copying data when there is less than 100 MB free on the target drive. The resolution is to either make more space available or use a target server with adequate space.

note

In SC 7.0, this message can be erroneous, when the target hard drive is large (over ~30 GB), and there is adequate free space.  This issue is resolved in SC 7.1.
