Error: 'The server is unwilling to process the request.' When Cloning a User Accoung in Directory and Resource Administrator
symptom
When cloning a disabled user account and clearing the Account disabled flag during the clone process, the Assistant Admin receives the error above and the new account is not created. Cloning an account template and modifying any other account property creates the new account correctly.
cause
This issue is caused by the an error within the code affecting the UserCopy operation. DRA attempts to modify the Account disabled flag, however the properties being obtained from the template still has the flag set.

This issue was addressed with the release DRA 6.50 and is included in all subsequent releases.
