How do I cold start the NetIQ services through the command prompt?

Resolution

To cold start the NetIQ client services for NetIQ AppManager via the command prompt:

Open a command window and type the following commands one at a time:

net stop netiqmc <enter>
net stop netiqccm <enter>
net start netiqmc /oa <enter>
net start netiqccm /oa <enter>
