Environment

NetIQ AppManager 6.x
NetIQ AppManager 7.0.x
NetIQ AppManager Operator Console

Situation

Cold starting the AppManager Agent caused jobs on that agent to disappear from the Operator Console
Cold starting the NetIQ AppManager Client Resource Monitor service (NetIQmc) and the NetIQ AppManager Client Communication Manager service (NetIQccm) caused jobs running on that agent to disappear from the Operator Console. When filtering by computer, no jobs show in the job pane

Resolution

Verify that the Job Pane View is set to view all jobs (Running, Pending, Stopped, Error, Closed, Parent).

1.  Right click inside the Job Pane.
2.  Select View.
3.  Click the appropriate items in the list in order to turn on/check the item.

This ensures that the jobs are viewable regardless of their status.  Once they are visible, they can be restarted manually.
