When viewing the Exchange 2000 mailbox properties of a user account the Mailbox security tab will be grayed out if Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP2 is not installed on the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) server. In order to allow Assistant Admins to be able to manage the Mailbox security tab apply Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP2 on the DRA server.
