How do I automate the deletion of expired reports?
Resolution
To delete expired reports, you will need to run the AMAdmin_DeleteExpiredReports knowledge script. By default, all reports are set to expire after 60 days. This parameter can be set in each report job property. However, if you override the default and set the value to '0' (zero) so that the report never expires, then you will need to manually delete these reports accordingly. The AMAdmin_DeleteExpiredReports knowledge script will not delete these reports that were set to not expire.
