NetIQ GPA 2.0 does not have the ablity to compare GPO's.

With the release of NetIQ GPA 3.0, the new repository feature allows a GPO to be compared to the following:

• Another version of the same GPO.
• An archived version of a different GPO.
• The version of the GPO that is live within Active Directory.

The comparison reports can be viewed online, printed, saved as an HTML file, or saved as a MS Access database file.
