fix

The mailbox/public folder data passes through the EM console.

Exchange Migrator is commonly installed into either of two configurations.

  • Install Exchange Migrator on the target server.
  • Install Exchange Migrator on a separate computer from the source or target servers.

Both configurations offer about the same performance when the console is connected to the source and target servers through a fast network connection. If the console or the source server is on a slow network connection, the slow connection may affect migration performance. If you are migrating data over a slow network connection, you may want to install Exchange Migrator on the target Exchange server to reduce migration time.
