Situation

Agent install gets an Error: RPC Error Code 1726
RPC Error Code 1726 received while installing an AppManager Agent.

Resolution

The remote installation of the agent onto a Terminal server will fail until the "change user /install" is locally input in a command line. The mode will allow administrative access to crucial registry keys for any application installation. fix On the target Terminal server (Metaframe server) in a command line run "change user /install" to put the server into install mode. After the install is complete put the server into default mode this time using the "/execute" parameter instead.

Cause

The nqexecd temporary service on the target server fails to pull the remainder of the installation files from the source server onto the target server.
