Situation
Get "Evaluation copy of the AppManager has expired" when login onto the AppManager console
Resolution
If you already an existing license key please enter it through the License Manager.
- To access License Manager, go to Start | Programs | NetIQ | AppManager | Tools & Utilities | License Manager
- Log into License Manager through a valid Windows NT or a SQL authenticated account
- Once you get into the License Manager, enter in the key and click 'Add'.
If you do not have a license key with you, please contact your regional sale representative to purchase a console license to be added through the License Manager.
