Get "Evaluation copy of the AppManager has expired" when login onto the AppManager console


If you already an existing license key please enter it through the License Manager.

  1. To access License Manager, go to Start | Programs | NetIQ | AppManager | Tools & Utilities | License Manager
  2. Log into License Manager through a valid Windows NT or a SQL authenticated account
  3. Once you get into the License Manager, enter in the key and click 'Add'.  

If you do not have a license key with you, please contact your regional sale representative to purchase a console license to be added through the License Manager.
