For an Assistant Admin to successfully run a report using 'File Security Reporting' interface the ActiveView must be configured as follows:

• ActiveView Rule: The ActiveView rule definition must include a Custom rule to include Reports (FSA) on the computer that the reports will be run against.
  
• ActiveView Power: The Assistant Admin who will run the reports must have the FSA - Execute Queries power in the same ActiveView which includes the Custom rule.
