What role or power is required for an Assistant Admin to be able to to add managed domains and computers to the DRA environment?

The Built-in Configuration role must be assigned to an Assistant Admin in order for that user to add managed domains and computers to list of managed security databases in DRA. This role gives the Assistant Admin all powers over objects that affect the configuration of the Administration servers.note
By default, accounts in the Domain Admins group will be able to effect the configuration of the Administration servers. Please refer to NETIQKB4720 for more details
