symptom
Error:  'Failed opening source folder in EnumFolderSetAndApplyFunction', when migrating public folders.

cause
It is possible that the mailbox associated with the source MAPI profile as specified in Exchange Migrator, does not have owner permissions on these public folder(s).

fix

To verify that this is the problem, please perform the following steps:

1. Open Outlook using the source MAPI profile that is specified in Exchange Migrator.

2. Browse to one of the Public Folder(s) that is having this issue.  Check to see if the source mailbox that is being used by Exchange Migrator is listed as an owner on that Public Folder.  If it is not, then grant that source mailbox owner permissions.
