Error: 'Error saving changes to the mailbox.  Mailbox clone operation cannot proceed because the source user has multiple mailboxes'.

symptom
Error is received when attempting to clone a user account with an Exchange 5.5 mailbox.

cause
The error message is received if the template account being used in the cloning process has multiple mailboxes.

fix

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) can successfully clone a user account with a single Exchange 5.5 mailbox.
