When migrating groups, open the Group Options tab, click on the Advanced button and move the bar to 'FAST'. At this setting, all group membership updates will be ignored. Or click on the 'Custom Level' option and deselect the 'Update local groups with members that have not been migrated ' and 'Add Windows NT 4.0 Global Groups to target local groups' checkboxes.
