symptom
Mailbox migration has been completed with Exchange Migrator with all hotfixes. When synchronizing a synchronization error pops up indicating that you should look into the synchronization log for further information. The following is an excerpt of the error that is logged in the synchronization log that outlook puts in the deleted items folder when you synchronize.

The problem occurs when the synchronization tries to synchronize Forms during the mailbox synchronization process. *****Please note that there may not be any forms in the environment*****. When the option for Forms to be synchronized in the MAPI profile is unchecked, the problem does not occur. This option is checked by default in Outlook.
cause
There is an 'Organization Form Library' system folder in the source, which is not in the target.
fix
Manually create an 'Organization Form Library' on the target which mirrors the source Organization Form Library.
