After you complete the requested information on the NetIQ website and continue to download a trial, an e-mail is sent informing you that a zip password is needed for installation. Also, the e-mail mentions that a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with this password. If a representative has not called within this time frame, please contact a sales representative at 1.888.323.6768.

Unfortunately, Technical Support is not able to provide this information and must refer you to sales for this password.
