Yes, Server Consolidator can migrate files and folders from a server in one domain to a server in another domain. In the Server Consolidator tool, when you use the Migrate Files, Folders, and Shares Wizard, you will specify a source computer and a target computer. For each of these, you may select a computer in a specific domain. The two servers do not need to be in the same domain. The credentials you provide must have Administrator permissions on the source and target computers.
