cause

When running EMProfileUpdate to modify the migrated mailbox's MAPI profile to point to the target server, the user would see the following error:

"Failed to get the Mailbox DN (001e6603) from MS Exchange Settings Profile. This profile will not be modified. rc=2".

This error is due to the fact that the scripts we suggest, NETIQKB3728, were being run on a Novell server.

fix
You will need to re-write the login script batch file to Novell standards.  Please note NetIQ does not support writing login scripts for Novell.
