A user cannot access the Web Console if not a member of the local administrators group on the DAS.
This is normally caused by the Users group not having permissions correctly defined on certain registry keys.
To solve this problem:
- Run Regedt32.
- Open the following registry key: HKLM \ Software \ Mission Critical Software \ OnePoint \ Databases.
- Highlight the databases key.
- Select Security | Permissions from the menu.
- Grant Full Access to the Users group.
