Situation
Stop Job Option is Grayed Out when Attempting to Stop a Job in the Job Pane of the AppManager Operator Console

Resolution
To remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from a single Server:
- Open AppManager Operator Console.
- Expand the target Server Group in the Tree View.
- Drag and drop the target Server to the Master level or to another Server Group that does not have a Monitoring Policy implemented.
- This will remove the Server from the Monitoring Policy, stopping all jobs that were implemented as Monitoring Policy on that particular Server Group.
To remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from a Server Group:
Warning!! This will remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from all Servers included in the target Server Group.
- Open AppManager Operator Console.
- Right-click on target Server Group in the Tree View.
- Select Monitoring Policy.
- Click Remove All.
- Click OK.
Cause
The job (knowledge script) in question is part of a Monitoring Policy.

To remove a single Monitoring Policy (if there are multiple Knowledge Script Groups), select the Knowledge Script Group to be removed and click Remove instead of Remove All.
