Stop Job Option is Grayed Out (or Disabled) for Knowledge Script

To remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from a single Server:

1. Open AppManager Operator Console.
2. Expand the target Server Group in the Tree View.
3. Drag and drop the target Server to the Master level or to another Server Group that does not have a Monitoring Policy implemented.
4. This will remove the Server from the Monitoring Policy, stopping all jobs that were implemented as Monitoring Policy on that particular Server Group.

To remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from a Server Group:

Warning!! This will remove all Monitoring Policy jobs from all Servers included in the target Server Group.

1. Open AppManager Operator Console.
2. Right-click on target Server Group in the Tree View.
3. Select Monitoring Policy.
4. Click Remove All.
5. Click OK.

The job (knowledge script) in question is part of a Monitoring Policy.

To remove a single Monitoring Policy (if there are multiple Knowledge Script Groups), select the Knowledge Script Group to be removed and click Remove instead of Remove All.
