This is the expected behavior. By default when a computer's domain membership is changed, the original domain's Domain groups are removed from the machine's local groups. The new domain's Domain groups (Domain Admins, Domain Users) groups are added to the machine's local groups. (Administrators, Users) This is not a process of DMA but a process of the Microsoft API utilized to change domain affiliation.
