fix

The option above enables Packet Privacy encryption for RPC calls.  This authentication level determines the security of RPC communications with the DRA server.  To see this in native tools, launch DCOMCNFG on the DRA administration server and select the MCS OnePoint Administration Service (for DRA 6.x versions) or the NetIQ Administration service (for DRA 7.x versions).  Click the Properties button.  The Authentication Level field is normally set to Packet.  Setting this flag in DRA sets this level to Packet Privacy, the highest level available.

In DRA 7.x versions, this setting is found under Configuration Management | Update Administration Server Options... | General

note
Selecting this option requires a server reboot.
