When selecting User, Group, Contact or Computer views on the left tree view of the Directory and Resource Administrator MMC, the right pane contains blank information.

cause

One or several of the files listed below may be either corrupt, outdated, or not present at all:

  • EaEnumCache.dll
  • EaEnumFillControl.dll
  • EaPictureContainer.dll
  • EaTableBuffer.dll
  • EaEnumCacheLib.tlb
  • EaTableBufferLib.tlb

These files make up the grid control, which is responsible for displaying enumerations in the MMC.



fix
To resolve, uninstall and reinstall the MMC Client.
