Users migrated with DMA do not appear in the DRA ARM Console (NETIQKB4108)

Situation

Users migrated with DMA do not appear in the DRA ARM Console

I am unable to users that have been migrated with DMA inside the DRA Account and Resource Managment Console

Newly migrated users into my managed domain do not show up in the DRA Account and Resource Managment Console

Resolution

If you currently use DRA to manage the migration's target domain and you use DMA to migrate users, the users will not be visible in the DRA ARM Console until a DRA Cache Refresh takes place. You can force a DRA Cache Refresh by following these steps:

  1. Expand the Configuration.
  2. Select Managed and trusted domains.
  3. Select the managed (Target) domain.
  4. Click Refresh accounts cache.

Cause

Users created outside of DRA are not visible to DRA. This is by expected behavior of DRA.
