How do I limit a group of users to a specific custom view? (NETIQKB4036)

To limit a group of uses to a specific custom view:

1. Open AppManager Operator Console.
2. Go to Extensions | Security Manager.
3. Expand AppManager Roles.
4. Select the desired role or create a new role.
5. Switch to the Views tab.

   NOTE: The Administrator role does not have the Views tab as it has access to all Views.

6. Select Role Has Access To Only Selected Views.
7. Select or deselect the appropriate custom views under Discovered AppManager Views.
8. Click Apply.
