Exchange Migrator handles source and target objects that contain the same e-mail addresses using the specified naming collision options. If you choose to merge or replace conflicting target objects, you may also choose to migrate conflicting source objects to the same container where the conflicting target object is stored.

fix
Exchange Migrator handles source and target objects that contain the same e-mail addresses using the specified naming collision options. If you choose to merge or replace conflicting target objects, you may also choose to migrate conflicting source objects to the same container where the conflicting target object is stored.
It is not necessary to select this option if you specified that you want Exchange Migrator to skip migration for source and target objects that have naming collisions.
Selecting this option specifies that for any conflicting objects in a migration, you want Exchange Migrator to migrate the conflicting source object to the target container that contains the conflicting target object. Exchange Migrator migrates source objects without conflicts to the specified Target OU.
