Networks-RT_ResponseTime and Networks-RT_Thruput Knowledge Scripts do not Allow Servers to be Entered when Choosing the Ellipses Button under Values

When ellipses button is selected, nothing happens. It is supposed to bring up a new screen that allows users to choose a View.

If the Networks-RT module is installed on the same Server as the AppManager Operator Console, this should be working. During the installation, the setup tool installs the RespTimeBrowserExtensions.vbs under the following directory:

\Program Files\NetIQ\AppManager\Bin\Plugins\KSParmExtensions

This allows the selection of the endpoints along with the Servers/Views for other Managed Objects.

However, if the Response Time module has not been installed on the same Server as the AppManager Operator Console, copy this file from a machine that has the Networks-RT module currently installed on it to the machine where the AppManager Operator Console is installed.

You can also install the Networks-RT module on the machine hosting the operator console to add this file.
