Use a unique name (for example, First and Last name) or specify the entire email address (for example, name@company.com) in the Recipient parameter of the Action_MapiMail Properties.

The name specified in the Recipient field must be unique in the Mapi Client Address Book. For example, if "John" is specified and "John Doe" and "John Smith" are listed in the address book, the error message, Ambiguous Recipient, will appear.
