The migrated account is not listed as the 'User' after Translating Security for Exchange Mailboxes.
When you check the Permissions tab or ACL of an Exchange 5.5 mailbox after running the Translate Security for Exchange Mailboxes Wizard, you see that the primary NT Account has changed, but is not listed as the 'User'.
The Translate Security for Exchange Mailboxes Wizard will set the migrated account as 'User' only if it adds the account to the mailbox ACL. If the migrated account already exists on the ACL, DMA only sets it to primary.
This issue has been resolved by Hotfix 14252 for DMA 7.1.
Note: Hotfix 14252 has been replaced by 22291 which contains the same fix.
